Fairground Rules & Safety Guidelines

The June Fete Fairgrounds (the “Fairgrounds”) is private property.

The June Fete Fair (the “Fair”) will be operated in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in effect at the time of the event.

The Fairgrounds will be under 24-hour surveillance.

The Fair reserves the right to implement, update, and/or change its policies, procedures, rules, hours, and schedule if and as needed.

All visitors are required to pass through security screening check points as a condition of entry to the Fairgrounds. All bags are subject to inspection.

Loitering of any kind is prohibited in the Fairground’s parking areas.

Disorderly conduct of any kind or nature will not be tolerated and offenders will be referred to the Upper Moreland Township Police Department.

For the safety of our visitors and volunteers, the following items/behaviors are prohibited:

  • Backpacks (except baby bags with essentials)
  • Coolers
  • Packages/boxes
  • Firearms/weapons/knives/other sharp objects/tasers/mace
  • Outside alcoholic beverages or food
  • Narcotics or illegal substances of any kind or nature
  • Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes
  • Smoking or vaping
  • Drones and/or any other unmanned, remote-controlled, or autonomously guided aircraft/aerial system/vehicle
  • Animals (except documented service animals and registered emotional support animals, in accordance with ADA and its accompanying regulations)
  • Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate or that could be used, actively or passively, to disturb the peace, engage the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and/or things.

The Fair reserves the right to remove any individuals who do not comply with these Fairground Rules and Safety Guidelines.

Any individual refusing to vacate the Fairgrounds upon request will be deemed to be a trespasser and will be referred to the Upper Moreland Township Police Department.

By entering the Fairgrounds, you agree to adhere to the Fairground’s Rules and Safety Guidelines. Moreover, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded for use by the Fair in any and all media in perpetuity.
